Privacy Policy

What we never do

• We never upload your files to any server.
• We never send file contents through fetch, XMLHttpRequest, APIs, cloud functions, analytics tools, or any external processing service.
• We never permanently store your uploaded files.
• We never save your files in localStorage, sessionStorage, IndexedDB, cookies, or any browser database.

How processing actually works

Every tool on BeeTools — PNG to JPG, JPG to PNG, Merge PDF, Compress PDF, and Compress Image — runs using JavaScript that executes inside your browser tab. When you choose a file, your browser reads it into memory using standard web APIs (like FileReader and the Canvas API). The conversion, compression, or merging happens right there, on your device. The finished file is then offered to you as a direct download. At no point does the file's contents get sent anywhere else.

Temporary object references

While a file is being processed, your browser may create a short-lived local reference to it (a "blob" or "object URL") purely so it can be previewed or downloaded. BeeTools revokes these references once they're no longer needed — for example after a download completes or you start over — so nothing lingers longer than necessary.

What we do store

The only thing BeeTools saves is your language preference (English or Arabic), stored locally in your browser's localStorage so you don't have to reselect it on every visit. This preference contains no file data and no personal information.

Third-party libraries

Some tools load small, well-established JavaScript libraries (such as pdf-lib for merging and compressing PDFs) from a public content delivery network (CDN). Only the library's code is fetched from the CDN — your files are never transmitted to it or to any other third party.

Cookies and tracking

BeeTools records anonymous, aggregate traffic data — which page or tool was used, and an approximate location (country/city, derived from your IP address via a public lookup service, never your exact address) — in our own database, so we can see overall usage and where visitors are coming from. This never includes your file names, file contents, or anything else about what a file contains. This data is only ever visible to the site owner through a private, password-protected dashboard; it is never sold or shared with third parties for advertising.

Advertising

BeeTools shows ads served by Google AdSense to help keep every tool free to use. These ads may use cookies to show you more relevant ads based on your interests and activity on other sites (personalized advertising). The ad-serving system runs as a separate script on the page and never has access to your files — it cannot see file names or file contents. We've configured category blocks in our ad account to exclude ad types we don't want associated with BeeTools, including gambling, alcohol, and dating. You can review or opt out of personalized advertising at Google's Ads Settings, or through the industry-wide opt-out at aboutads.info/choices.

Changes to this policy

If this privacy policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.

كيف تعمل المعالجة فعلياً

كل أداة في BeeTools — تحويل PNG إلى JPG، وتحويل JPG إلى PNG، ودمج PDF، وضغط PDF، وضغط الصور — تعمل باستخدام جافاسكريبت يُنفَّذ داخل تبويب متصفحك. عندما تختار ملفاً، يقرأه متصفحك في الذاكرة باستخدام واجهات ويب قياسية (مثل FileReader وCanvas API). يحدث التحويل أو الضغط أو الدمج هناك مباشرة، على جهازك. ثم يُقدَّم لك الملف النهائي كتنزيل مباشر. في أي مرحلة، لا يُرسل محتوى الملف إلى أي مكان آخر.

الإشارات المؤقتة للملفات

أثناء معالجة ملف، قد ينشئ متصفحك إشارة محلية قصيرة العمر إليه (تُعرف بـ"blob" أو "object URL") فقط لغرض المعاينة أو التنزيل. يقوم BeeTools بإلغاء هذه الإشارات بمجرد عدم الحاجة إليها — مثلاً بعد اكتمال التنزيل أو عند البدء من جديد — بحيث لا يتبقى أي شيء أطول من اللازم.

ما الذي نخزنه فعلاً

الشيء الوحيد الذي يحفظه BeeTools هو تفضيل اللغة لديك (الإنجليزية أو العربية)، ويُخزَّن محلياً في localStorage الخاص بمتصفحك حتى لا تضطر لإعادة اختياره في كل زيارة. هذا التفضيل لا يحتوي على أي بيانات ملفات أو معلومات شخصية.

مكتبات خارجية

تقوم بعض الأدوات بتحميل مكتبات جافاسكريبت صغيرة وموثوقة (مثل pdf-lib لدمج وضغط ملفات PDF) من شبكة توصيل محتوى عامة (CDN). يتم جلب كود المكتبة فقط من هذه الشبكة — ولا يتم إرسال ملفاتك إليها أو إلى أي طرف ثالث آخر أبداً.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط والتتبع

يسجّل BeeTools بيانات زيارة مجهولة ومجمّعة فقط — الصفحة أو الأداة التي استُخدمت، وموقعاً جغرافياً تقريبياً (الدولة/المدينة، مُستخرجاً من عنوان IP الخاص بك عبر خدمة بحث عامة، وليس عنوانك الدقيق أبداً) — في قاعدة بياناتنا الخاصة، لنتمكن من رؤية الاستخدام العام ومصدر الزيارات. لا يشمل هذا أبداً أسماء ملفاتك أو محتواها أو أي شيء آخر عنها. هذه البيانات لا تظهر إلا لمالك الموقع عبر لوحة تحكم خاصة ومحمية بكلمة مرور؛ ولا تُباع أو تُشارَك أبداً مع أي طرف ثالث لأغراض إعلانية.

الإعلانات

يعرض BeeTools إعلانات عبر خدمة Google AdSense للمساعدة في إبقاء جميع الأدوات مجانية. قد تستخدم هذه الإعلانات ملفات تعريف ارتباط لعرض إعلانات أكثر ملاءمة بناءً على اهتماماتك ونشاطك على مواقع أخرى (إعلانات مخصّصة). يعمل نظام عرض الإعلانات كسكربت منفصل على الصفحة ولا يمكنه أبداً الوصول إلى ملفاتك — فلا يرى أسماء الملفات ولا محتواها. لقد قمنا بضبط حظر فئات معينة في حساب الإعلانات الخاص بنا لاستبعاد أنواع الإعلانات التي لا نريد ربطها بـ BeeTools، بما في ذلك القمار والكحول والمواعدة. يمكنك مراجعة الإعلانات المخصّصة أو إلغاء الاشتراك فيها عبر إعدادات إعلانات Google، أو عبر خيار إلغاء الاشتراك على مستوى الصناعة في aboutads.info/choices.
